Carry out service wash.
Check frame for damage and signs of fatigue. Inspect saddle and seat pin security and torque fasteners. Check fitted accessories for function and fit.
Check headset, handlebar and stem assembly for wear and correct tightness to required torque settings.
Check chain set for wear and correct fastener torque. Check bottom bracket for wear. Lubricate chain. Check Pedals for wear and fastener torque.
Inspect brake system for alignment, security and wear. Replace brake pads if required.
Inspect gear system and tune gearchange as required.
Check wheels for play. Check tyre condition and inflate as necessary.
Remove headset, clean and lubricate. Replace headset bearings if required.
For adjustable bottom bracket assemblies, remove, clean, lube and adjust. Sealed bottom brackets check for wear.
Check wheel hubs for play. For adjustable hub bearings adjust as required. Check wheel truing and adjust to required standard if possible.
Adjust brake levers, cables and brake callipers as required.
Strip complete bike, inspect and clean. Reassemble with new gear and brake inner cables. Excludes internally routed cables and integrated cockpits POA
Remove tyres from wheel rims and inspect. Replace inner tubes. Inspect adjustable bearing wheel hubs, clean lubricate and adjust.
Strip drivetrain and clean in bio-fluid cleaning tank. Includes to remove and inspect jockey wheels for wear.
Replace hydraulic brake fluid and bleed brakes.

NB. For a Major Service on a Mountain Bike, there is additional labour charge depending on suspension system.

Fitting parts bought online

Please note that as an independent small business we are committed to our distributors buying parts and securing our trade accounts. We mainly sell at manufacturers RRP and cannot compete with the online retailers, the manufacturers RRP allows us as a business to make a margin to exist. If you have bought your own parts, we can discuss fitment, but expect to pay a ‘corkage’ premium (£15 per part up to £100 in value and 20% of retail price for parts over £100)if we accept the job. We do not guarantee or offer any warranty for parts supplied by the owner, refer to the place of purchase for warranty or product recall help and advice along with their terms and conditions.
