Introduction to Cyclescheme
Cyclescheme is an employee benefit can save you between 25% and 39% off your next bike. You pay nothing up front and the payments are taken directly from your gross salary by your employer. You can choose any bike, including e-Bikes and pair it with accessories to find the perfect cycling package. With many employers offering no upper limit on the certificate value. Cyclescheme is the perfect way to build your dream package.
Our Terms within the Cyclescheme
Your custom bike build/equipment is unique to you. Once you have notified us of your eCertificate and Redemption Code (and sent us your photo ID) we will order all necessary equipment. At this point, we will not be able to accept any cancellation request.
All prices quoted are at manufacturers RRP at time of enquiry (and maybe subject to additional charges for delivery, this will be included within your quotation). Manufacturer prices may increase at time of order any price differences will be notified in writing. Any budget allowed differences cannot be refunded but made up to the value with other permissible equipment. All prices quoted will include VAT.
On some occasions we may have to add a surcharge of between 3% and 5% to the manufacturers RRP (for equipment), as we have to pay a fee to accept your Cyclescheme voucher. We’ll tell you in advance of any such charges.
All equipment is sourced through our official stockist/distributor accounts and conform with warranty provisions as per manufacturer terms and conditions.
We are unable to accept any return of a custom bike build/equipment at the end of the hire agreement.
